I have enjoyed reading many Amish books. However, I was immensely disappointed in this one. This book has little in it that reflects true Amish life and religious beliefs. But if a quick romance story is enough to hold one's interest, then this book might appeal.
Amish sweethearts was not your traditional Amish love story, which surprised me. A well developed short short novella written by Erica Fanning. I think everyone should read it as some young people do not follow the communities traditions. What is perfect for some is not perfect for others. Read the story you will be surprised. This story will also make you think.
